Norton Anti Virus 2004 alerts me with a message about the virus
INFOSTEALER.BANPAES, it´s a virus that capture the bank pages information.
The Symantec web site talk´s about 5 types of the virus but by the
diagnostics reported by the computer it seems that the virus that is at the
computer isn´t any of the variants comented at the site and the virus is
detected as the process "SERVICES.EXE" at my windows

How can I remove it?

PS: I´ve already followed the removal procedure at the Symantec web site.

Hi,

Check first where is located that SERVICES.EXE, not in C:\WINDOWS\system32
you should remove it - or better move (not copy) to quarantine.
If is in C:\WINDOWS\system32 then for 90% it's a incorrect detection or
this process is only connected with real virus file. But check properties at
least, is it Microsoft's file for sure.
