Email Group shortcut

I have a school and im trying to cut down on paper usage by sending emails.
my classrooms are divided into outlook categories.

Im trying to figure out a way to create a desktop shortcut that will
automatically open up a new email window with all the emails of a particular
category included in the bcc line.

I am a little new to this so any detailed help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

This really should be posted in a regular Outlook group such as
microsoft.public.outlook.general, this is a programming group for Outlook.

Set your contacts view to By Categories, grab the category header you want
with your mouse and drag that to the Bcc line of the email. That will add
all of those entries to Bcc.

I apologize. I figured programming would be required for this shortcut. My
list changes often and i want to make it easy on the teachers by creating
such a shortcut directly on the desktop.

Thank you,

There is no such startup shortcut, the method I described is real easy to
use and is the way to go.
