Email Forwarding Process

I am attempting to set up a process for email forwarding. What I would like
to happen is to have a newly received email forwarded to email account 1. If
the email remains unopened after 5 minutes to then have the email forwarded
to email account 1 and 2. After another 5 minutes, if still unopened, to
accounts 1,2 and 3.

I would like to do this for up to 6 total email accounts. Is there anyway
to make this happen?

Not without writing something yourself. Outlook cannot detect how long a
message remains unread.
