Email failure notice

I keep getting emails returned to me saying, "The user does not accept email
in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets."

I've checked all my language settings and they are all English/Western
European. Any ideas?

Thank you in advance for your help. This is happening several times a day
and is extremely frustrating.

This question comes up every few weeks. I always ask the same question:
what is the encoding of your outgoing message? (Format -> Encoding -> ?)

Nobody has ever replied, so I still don't know what is causing this.
