The Dell Axim and Outlook (all versions) sync just fine - I use the Axim X5 and it syncs perfectly with OUtlook 2007 on Windows XP.

|| outlook, it totally empties my aol mail box. With 2000, I got my
|| mail but it also stayed in aol. How can I change this?
