Email contacts not showing up in Addresses book

When I click on "to" not all the emails addresses I have are displayed.
The persons name comes up and the email field is blank. When I double check
the Contact list the email addresses are there. This problem only applies to
1/3 of my contact list, the rest all show the emails addresses.
I can email from the contact file card, but I can not when I use the "To"
button.

Make sure your Outlook Address Book service is displaying the correct
Contacts Folder.
State your Outlook version.
