email categories migrating into Documents

I am using Outlook 2003 with Microsoft Vista. I can drag and drop emails
from Outlook to Documents, but I can't get categories to migrate ("subject"
in Outlook shows up at "Name" in Documents, and there is no "date sent"
category in Outlook for example). Any ideas? Thanks

Please clarify whether your question IS about Categories or (from what I can
understand) is about fields (not including the Categories field).

Be specific. What exactly are you doing, what it hapening and why is that
not what you expect?
