Can I send one Email to several addresses at one time with out
typing in each address separately, and how?

I have my email content in MS Word 2000 format and all my email
address are in excel file.

I don't want to attach the MS Word file, but want to use its
formated contents as my email body.

1. Create a distribution list.
2. Use File->Send to->Email recipient->as message in Word.

Thank you Milly, but in distribution list i face 2 problems

1) when i use "BCC", the receivers email is "undisclosed-recipients:;".
2) when i use "TO", all the emails are getting listed to all receivers.

but i want to display the corresponding receiver's email id alone.

so, is there any other way to send an Email(formated content with images) to several addresses at one time with out typing in each address separately?

Yes. Use WordMail Merge.
