Email auto fill not working

Hello,

I am using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2002 clients & I have a user with a
freshly built Windows XP notebook who is claiming the email auto fill isn't
retaining email address for recipients he has already sent emails to.
Could it be a corrupt Outlook profile or is it something else?
