email and MSN Messenger

Eveytime I receive email I get the email alerts and click on the '1 new email message
in the main interface window in MSN Messenger. The problem is after I click it and rea
the email message, it still says I have 1 new email message. I really don't. The only way t
correct this is to sign out and sign back into MSN Messenger. Any suggestions?

Looking into this -- it's all server-based so there's really nothing you can do to fix this
on your own at the moment.
