W

wonder why?

I receive an email reply with this:

"In a message dated 9/21/09 11:10:12 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time,
(e-mail address removed) writes:"

How to do this? And in creating email

"Hello, John" or other variations.

And how to do this? Or a link or website to make a template...if that is
what it needed....create a template.

Any help will be gteatly appreciated.

Either by manually formatting it or by employing an add-in like Outlook
Quotefix (http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/)
And in creating email

"Hello, John" or other variations.

And how to do this?

In Outlook's or Word's Help, look for "mail merge". http://www.gmayor.com/
has several examples.
