Email Accounts

Help. This is driving me insane. Does anyone know the
solution to this. I am running XP with Outlook 2002, and
have 2 email accounts (due to 2 diff ISPs). After
logging into 1 of the email accounts I keep getting the
following dialog box popping up, every 60 seconds.

ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD

Does anyone know how to stop this insanity. All I want
to do is log into the appropriate email account and not
have the dialog box appear on the second email account.

If you open outlook/click tools/options/mail set up/send
and receive. - are there any settings you can change here
to prevent outlook from polling all accounts?
