I am having difficulty setting up my account. It does not allow for
incoming or outgoing. can you send me detailed instructions on how to set
up my account?

If I type an email it will stay in my outbox and if someone sends me an
email it is not received.

Open Windows Mail > look up, click HELP > click View Help > click Setting up
an account from start to finish. Follow instructions from then on.
There are infos you will need from your ISP ( internet service provider, the
gut who connected your computer to the internet ), such as in-coming server,
out-going server, user name, password etc. Make sure you have them. When you
talk to them, they should also be able to lead you on step by step. If not,
use the Help section.
