Email access

Server Response: '-ERR An authentication mechanism MUST be entered', Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

I get this message when i log into my email and im getting no incoming
emails. What can i do? It asked me for a user name and password but it's not
working

Make sure the following setting is correct:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
If that was already unchecked, which antivirus are you running? Some
of them are not fully compatible with Windows Mail.
