eggs heart bore?? what is this?

I have a screen popping up every so often saying this
file has changed since last time I used it. I keep saying
no and it comes up on sygate as a severe threat to
security. I can not remove it though I have trued
multiple times as it is apparently activated when windows
is. I just want to know what this is and if a virus is
there any way to get rid of it without reformatting my
hard drive?
