Editting Pictures (2007)

My professor posts powerpoints, but his slides are all pictures. The
backgroud is black and the words are white. How do you switch the colors so I
don't use so much ink?

Hi

Go to the Print Preview (Office button -> Print -> Print Preview) and on the
Options drop down have a look at the different colour/greyscale settings.
Here if I do a slide with a black background & white text they with to white
background & black text if I use either pure black & white or greyscale.
