Editing Website

I have built our company website with Frontpage 2003 about a year ago. I
have since then upgraded my computer. I have transfered all the web files
into my new computer and have begun editing. When I go to publish it the
server unexpectedly timed out and it looks as though it is trying to publish
the entire site again. I have even selected for it to publish changed pages
only. Any ideas?

How did you "transfer" the files??

The best way is to open the remote site in FrontPage and publish it back to the new
computer.

You need to publish if the live/remote site has the FP extensions.
