The "My Picture" folder is missing from the upper right Start Menu. How do I
put that folder back? The box is checked in the Property>Customize>Advance
section for pictures.

This will do the job

Right Click START
Left Click Properties
Left Click Start Menu Tab
Left Click Customise...
Left Click Advanced Tab
Left Click My Pictures Display as a link
OR Display as a menu
Exit from menu

Start -> Run -> regedit

Navigate to:

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders"

and verify that the path for My Pictures is correct.

Do the same for:

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders"
