Editing Text in Multiple Locations

Mark

Hello,

I have a large document that has one paragraph repeated in a number of
different locations. Is there a way to link all of the repeated
paragraphs so that when I edited one of them, the others are also
automatically edited?

Thank you,

Mark

Hi Mark,

If you bookmark the text you want to replicate (Insert|Bookmark), then you can cross-reference it (Insert Cross Reference) from
elsewhere in the document. Any changes to the bookmarked text will then be reflected in those other locations. You may need to do a
Print Preview before seeing the updates take effect.

Cheers
