Editing Rule for Moving E Mails to different folders

I have created Rule for moving E Mails from specified source to a specific
folder. Now I want to edit this rule or I just want to know as to whether I
have created any rule for a specific e mail sender and if yes, then what is
that rule. At present I only find the option of 'create rule' when I right
click on the message.
 
In Outlook 2003 it is 'Tools' | 'Rules and Alerts' that lists all
existing rules. I don't think you can do it from a message.
