Editing Rule

I have created a Rule for moving the incoming messages from a specific sender
to a specified folder. Now I want to edit this rule or I just want to know as
to whether any rule exists for any particular sender and what that rule is.
When I right click on the message I only get option of ‘Create Rule’, there
is no option of ‘Edit Rule’.

Tools > Rules and Alerts
On the next dialog, highlight a rule and click Change rule
