Editing Global Address Book via Outlook?

Outlook 2000 on Exchange Server.

Is it possible to edit the Global Address Book hosted on the Exchange
Server via an Outlook 2000 client?

Nothing built-in/out of the box that would allow this. However, the
components are there in Outlook where you could develop an in-house solution
that would allow it. Here is an example that uses an Outlook form and
Collaboration Data Objects 1.21.
