Editing Draft Inserts My Name

I am using Outlook 2003 on WinXP Pro.I use Word 2003 as my editor. If I save
a response as a draft and then open that draft and insert some new text, it
prefixes the text with "[my Name]" - sort of like the Word track changes
option but I don't see where to turn that off. How can I turn that off?

In TOOLS/OPTIONS/EMAIL OPTIONS under "on replies and forwards"
the mark my comments with checkbox needs to be unticked.

Hope this makes sense.
