I've got a user that receives word documents from another
user in outlook. she then edits the document by
doubleclicking on it, (not saving the attachment first,
then clicking on it).
periodically, it asks her to save the document to O:\OLK
she does this. now she cant find it anywhere, i cant find
it anywhere, its got to be something with outlook. Could
anyone shed some light to where her changes are saved?

dont save it to that location , save it to where you can
find it, there is an option pull down menu when you save
pick your location my documents , my files etc, now to
find those documents
do a search
start menu , there is search then files and folders, then
there is a pull down menu click on it and drag down to
see you (o)olk drive, then continue from there

if not email me
