edit/reduce csv file/contacts export

Outlook Man Dan

to import my Outlook contacts into my online service, the service requires a
smaller csv file. i have 6000+ Outlook contacts and the service will accept
only 2000 at a time.

how can I make a smaller csv file - either by exporting only a portion of my
contacts or reducing the csv file after I've created it.

Your help is much appreciated!

Open the csv-file in Notepad or Excel and cut it in smaller pieces.

If you want and Outlook based solution, then create separate Contacts
folders with maximum 2000 contacts each and export each folder.
