Edit Nickname file in Outlook 2003

Does anyone know of a tool like ol2knick for outlook
2003. I am trying to edit the nickname file "Outlook.NK2"

No such thing.
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:

There is one that costs like $20 - personally, I don't see the need to edit
it and editing it is not supported by Microsoft. You can remove individual
entries or delete the entire nk2 file and start a new one.
