'Edit in Front Page' option in Explorer 6.0

When viewing a webpage in Internet Explorer (6.0), the
File menu sometimes includes the option to "Edit in
FrontPage" and sometimes it doesn't. Also, I am
sometimes able to "View Source Code" of a webpage, and
sometimes I can't.

I don't know why these options are not always available.
Can anyone help?

Depending on the skills of the web developer or willingness of their host,
these options can be blocked/disabled.

You can usually get the View Source option back by emptying your browser cache.
