Front Page Inquiry

I've created a webpage at www.mountainclothiers.net and although it usually
looks good...sometimes it acts pretty fishy. In normal view and sometimes
even in preview in front page, the jpg that I used for a watermark background
extends beyond the margins of the page and looks like it's starting the first
couple of inches of a new page on both the right side and the bottom
margin....and sometimes it looks fine. That's the weird part.

In Code view, locate line 22:
..shape { behavior: url(#default#VML) }

and add this line after it:
body {background-repeat:no-repeat; }
