followed direction from Picture it solution for my windows

before it is completely loaded a dialog window says
explorer found an error . sorry for inconvenience and ask
if i want to send the report.
on the info page the first error report mentions ocx. What
is my problem?

Please post the complete and exact error message. Help us Help you.

i wish i could but i am not able to copy the dailog window
it said it will send an error report to msn.
Or do you know how i can copy the error message.

There could be a .log file on your system that was created when it happened.
Search of *.log in your file find and see if you can find one with the last
date you got the error.

Rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

and:

SpyBot-S&D

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
