Activex not loadig in IE.

Hello Everyone,

I have a similar problem as of [link]
http://support.leadtools.com/SupportPortal/cs/forums/4853/ShowPost.aspx
[/link]. While creating setup the Package & Deployment wizard says that
..DEP files not found.

However, I have tried to deploy every component in the LeadTools Redist
Directory and CAB gets installed in IE successfully ("with no error
logs being generated). It registers itself well in IE and Registry. I
can see the ActiveX info in the "View Objects" option.

However, if i try to create my control with following Code

It Fails.

Please note that there are two more controls in the OCX other than
"7BC85B8C-5D0A-4BE8-9413-5FAD8E3514F2". If i try to create their
instance they get instantiated and are shown very well in IE.

An immediate help will be greatly appreciated.
