eCOM ?

Can somebody tell me what this is? eCOM , It shows up everytime I do a
registry repair. It say's it deletes it but it's back everytime. Can I delete
it without doing any damage to my system, or do I need it? Thanks for your
help.

Go to Start/Run, and type MSCONFIG then look at the STARTUP TAB, to uncheck unwanted, checked items
