echo in skype ?

hello,

is there a possibility for removing the echo in skype ?
it's really annoying, beside of that it's great. I'm using
a panasonic speaker/headphones , and there is no
echo when calling a regular phone, -only from PC to PC...

Okay now, the problem occurs only between a pc and a mac.
No pb now between 2 Pc's, and one of them running Win me.

I also hear echo of myself, in communications Windows <-> Windows, Windows
<-> Linux or Linux <-> Linux, but only occurs when other person is using
speaker and microphone, not if other person is using headphones.
