ebay website won't run

Ebay site loads fine and runs smoothly in Windows 98 but in XP with IE6 it
hits a
brick wall. I get the hour glass for two minutes then page can't display
result. Anyone have suggestions for work arounds with IE6 in XP? No problem
with any
site but ebay.

I'm having the same problem with Notjobs (er, Hotjobs) for three weeks. I
wrote them, but that was two weeks ago. Same company. What I do is read the
pages in TopStyle Pro. ; )

Programs that use Wininet functions to post data (such as a user name or a
password) to a Web server retry the POST request with a blank header if the
Web server closes (or resets) the initial connection request.
