Easy Transferred files to Recovery Drive by mistake

I used the easy transfer cable and the transferred files were automatically
placed in my D drive which is the "The Factory Image" Recovery drive and I am
now receiving error messages that the drive is too full. When I try to open
the drive to delete the files I just transferred I get a message that files
in the drive cannot be changed or altered as it would prevent recovery. I
have tried a system restore and that has failed no matter what restore point
I choose. I have even tried to restore the system to factory image but to no
avail.
Please help.

Boot to Safe Mode to remove the files.

I tried that but it still would not give me access and said that the drive
was Partioned. Thanks.

Go to Http://bootitng.com for their utility. It should allow you to gain
access to the partition for copy and delete.
