I have a easy question, and it may sound stupid, but here goes. I have
Win2003 Server that I set up a shared directory on. I can access 1 of the
directories fine, can view and access all the files in that share. I have
another share, that I thought was set up the same way, but when I try to
view the contents, I get a error saying I don't have permissions.

What can I check?

Both NTFS Permissions and the Share Permissions.

Not when I can access 1 folder just fine, and the other I can't from the
same laptop, with the same username.

You don't understand you can have rights to access one directory but not another ?
