Easy CD Creator 5 help

I have downloaded the updates for xp 3 different times
now but still cant get it to work. The Cd tells me to
get an update the update tells me there is no software to
update. Can anyone help me please
 
I am assuming that you have downloaded the updates for Easy
CD Creator Platinum (which are at the top of the updates
page at www.roxio.com but you may have only the Basic Easy
CD Creator version 5 (it is what is usually bundled with
CD-RW drives. Scroll to the bottom of the Roxio updates
page and download the latest 5.3.5x Basic version.

Download it to your download folder (make a download folder
if you don't have one) and save it in a Roxio subfolder
(make that too). Then you just double click on the
downloaded file and it should see you program that you
installed from the CD and do the complete update.
