Earthlink total Access

I am trying to switch from Earthlink total access to MS Outlook for my
default email program, however when following all the instructions I cant get
my old email dates to transfer over. I follow the directions and then
checked the CSV table in excel dont have the time and date as a field, I
need my old email brought over with all details. Anyone have any experience
with this ? Folks at Earthlink are of no help. they say it is a software
problem and I need to reload and it is a microsoft problem. That is BS i
think, because if Earthlink was exporting correctly it would be in CSV
table.

If the CSV file from Earthlink doesn't have the date/time then Outlook
won't get it for sure. You're right -- if the Earthlonk software doesn't
export the date/time then it's not Microsoft's fault that it can't import
it.

Unfortunately I've never used Earthlink's software so I can't help you
with that.
