Having trouble setting up Outlook 2007 with Earthlink; help!!!

I've followed the instructions to set-up Outlook 2007 (with Business Contact
Manager) with my Earthlink email account. However, it does not work. I get a
couple of errors; one is a "550 error" and the other indicates "Operation
Failed. Can not find an object." I've searched the Earthlink site and the
Microsoft site....finding nothing that helps. Does anyone know how to setup
and 'sync' Outlook 2007 with an Earthlink email account??? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

What is the link to your instructions?
Who is your ISP?

More often than not, the cause is either port 25 blocking by your ISP or
not setting authentication parameters for SMTP correctly.
