Earthlink Pop-Up blocker - uninstall it from IE 6 SP 1

I installed ELNK's Pop-Up blocker on an external USB drive. The drive no
longer works, and I will not be able to replace it for a while.

When I start IE, Windows Installer begins to install the Pop-Up blocker.

Can I uninstall the Pop-Up blocker from IE so that it no longer tries to
install it upon startup of IE?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks.

My problem is to force IE not to call it when IE starts.

These are ELNK-oriented, and I will follow one when I am able to reinstall
the external drive on which TA is installed.

Sorry I don't have an answer for that. I would think that since it has
become integrated into the startup of IE (as an additional toolbar) that the
answer may possibly lie in some option within the Earthlink toolbar itself
(If they are so kind as to provide one.)

It's just my opinion here, but, I would think one is better off not
installing such items from services such as Earthlink, AOL, Yahoo, or any
other that may have some vested interest, if you know what I mean. I'd
remove it altogether and install the Google Toolbar instead, and wouldn't
enable any of the Advanced options. Those are the ones which get nosy.
Again, just my 2 ¢. :)
