IE 6 SP2 pop-up blocker and Google Toolbar pop-up blocker

My computer is running XP Home SP2. Is there any harm in running IE
6 SP2's pop-up blocker AND Google's Toolbar pop-up blocker at the same time?
Or could this lead to a conflict?
