e-mal recieved with pics, can't open

recieved e-mail with pics, i dble clicked and it didn't open. it doesn't say
with attachments, . sent by friend

Hi Dee,

Check these settings in the main Windows Mail window:

1. Click Tools -> Options
2. Click Security tab
3. Dot "Internet Zone"
4. Uncheck "Block images......."
5. Uncheck "Do not allow attachments......."
6. Click Read tab
7. Uncheck "Read all messages in plain text"
8. Click OK.

You should be able to open and see attached or embedded images now.

Thanks for these suggestions. I have tried each one them numerous times, and
I still cannot see embedded images in my email. Anything further to try?
