Hi, why can't I use the send e-mail option from another site.

example, I find a pic I want to send on a website, I right click and then
click on 'e-mail to' No option comes up (no create from Windows mail) I used
to do this all the time to send pics ,now I can't .
Anyone know??
Thanks
Judy

Make sure Windows Mail has all its defaults.
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

Ok thanks Peter. It is just so much easier the direct way. This is my first
experience with Vista, not a happy camper.

Gary it did say 'it has all it's defalts. However when I go into 'options'
at the bottom it says 'default messaging programs' however the box to make
it default is 'light colored and not clickable. I tried redoing the whole
page but it didn't make aa difference.
I think Microsoft wanted me to buy microsoft office and made it the default
and somehow disabled the default on windows mail??
As I could send pics direct from an 'e-mail pic' link before that program
expired on my lap top. Of coarse that was through that program as it came up
as the send program ,rather than windows mail, .
Thanks

When you go into Options in what program? There is no 'Options'
in the Default Programs applet.
