E-Mails

Hello.For some strange reason I don't get all of my e-mails from Virgin sent
to my Windows Mail.Some arrive others don't.Now I have to check on Virgin &
Windows Mail. Does anyone know why this happens?.I'd appreciate any help.

All incoming emails are sent to the same email address, or do you
have multiple email addresses?
Do you get any error messages?
