E-mails on hard disk put back into a pst file

I have a load of e-mails that my predecessor stored by saving as
individual e-mails to an explorer folder on a hard disk.

This is fine but I would like to add them back into a pst so that it
makes readingg them easier and also searching their contents easier.

Is this possible?
 
If it's a*.msg file, just drag it into an Outlook folder.
