Disable the deletion of e-mails in a PST file

Hello,

Does someone know if it is possible to delete the trash bin of a PST
archive, and to forbid the deletion of any e-mail stored in this PST
archive?

As far as I know, if you open a PST you can do just about what ever you want
to the contents. About the only security on a PST is a password to open the
entire file.
