E-mails from My Documents.

I'm using XP Home addition and Outlook Express as my E-mail account. When I
try to e-mail somethin from My Documens it takes me to Outlook! I dont have a
account with outlook so I'm unable to send it. Can someone please tell me how
to get round this problem

If you have Outlook on your machine, why are you using Outlook Express?

And as a side note, Outlook and Outlook Express are not "accounts", they are
merely software that allows you to access your email account provided buy
your ISP, you could use either one of them.
