E-mailing photos from MY Pictures

When I try to e-mail pics from my pics, I click on a pic, then click e-mail
the pic. The resizing box comes up,then the preparing to send box, but
outlook never opens up. I recently installed, then uninstalled an HP 3670
scanner thinking that was the problem as the HP software allowed outlook to
open.
 
What you don't say is whether or not this ever worked. If it did, try using
System Restore to take your system back to a time when this worked properly,
Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
 
Yes it did work before I installed the scanner.I was thinking of doing the
system restore too. Thanks for your help.
