Send pics via e-mail

Hi!
I don't know why, but my WinXP has no more the options "Make your pictures
smaller" and "Keep original size" when I want to send a pic via e-mail. It
just opens Outlook express and attaches files. Does anyone know what's
happening and how can I have back those options?
