Hi! Is it possible to e-mail an entire calendar to someone without having to
send them each appointment separately?

Thanks in advance!

Create a new PST (File>New>Outlook Data File). Right-click on your Calendar
and choose Copy Calendar. Select the new PST and click OK. When the copy
is complete, close the new PST (right-click, choose Close), stop , and
restart Outlook. Now, in Windows Explorer, locate the PST you created and
rename it to whatever.psx (i.e., change the final "t" to an "x" or some
other letter). Now, in Outlook, mail the renamed file to your someone.
They can then save the file, rename it to .pst, open it in their Outlook
with File>Open>Outlook Data File, and copy the calendar items in its
Calendar folder to their own Calendar. The only time this won't work
exactly as descrbed is if you have Outlook 2003 and they have an earlier
version. Then an extra step must be taken when you create the PST to make
sure it's compatible with the earlier Outlook (File>New>Outlook Data
File>Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst)).

You can export the calendar to a PST file and then zip/mail them the PST
file if you wish.
