Hi Virginia Welcome to PCR please enjoy and join in. The sort of information we need to help you is what is your operating system is it Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 or Windows 10 or is a Linux distro. Are trying to use something like Windows Mail or another Mail software?
